     The trawler Luna Sea rests on top of the rubble of collapsed buildings facing U.S. 90 in Biloxi, Mississippi. Today the cost of fuel, labor, restrictions and the dumping of foreign seafood on US Markets have almost decimated these family owned businesses. Katrina finished the job for many that were hanging on by a thread.
